"MarketGod," "MarketGod Academy," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the MarketGod trading-education business, a sole proprietorship registered in Ghana. We operate the MarketGod Mini App (the "App") accessible via Telegram at app.marketgodacademy.com, together with associated Telegram bots and channels (collectively, the "Service").
By opening the App, subscribing to any tier, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, and legally permitted in your country of residence to receive trading-education content and to make cryptocurrency payments, to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the laws that apply to you, including any local rules on trading, financial promotions, or cryptocurrency.
MarketGod offers, at its discretion, some or all of the following:
We may change, suspend, rename, reprice, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active PRO subscribers of material changes affecting their current billing period.
All signals, commentary, educational material, and win-rate or performance statistics shared through the Service are provided for educational purposes only. MarketGod is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment manager, and no communication from MarketGod — including in the App, in Telegram channels, or from support staff — should be treated as personalized financial advice. You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make.
The Service is accessed through your Telegram account. You are responsible for keeping your Telegram account secure. If you link an Exness trading account to verify Free tier eligibility, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
PRO subscriptions are paid in cryptocurrency through our third-party payment processor. Prices are quoted in US Dollars; the amount actually charged is the cryptocurrency equivalent at the time of payment. Access is granted for the exact period purchased (one month, three months, or one year) and does not automatically renew — you will need to actively resubscribe when your period ends. All content, branding, and materials made available through the Service are owned by MarketGod or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or use them commercially without our written permission.
The Service relies on third parties we do not control, including Telegram (the platform itself), Exness (our broker partner for the Free tier), and our cryptocurrency payment processor. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and MarketGod is not responsible for their acts or omissions.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketGod is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will post the effective date of the latest version at the top of this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
