This Privacy Policy explains what information MarketGod ("we," "us," "our") collects when you use the MarketGod Mini App and our related Telegram bots (together, the "Service"), how we use it, and who we share it with. MarketGod is a sole proprietorship registered in Ghana.

2. Information we collect

Telegram account info	Telegram ID and username, automatically provided by Telegram when you open the App or message our bots.
Contact details	Email address and/or phone number, if you choose to provide them (e.g. for support or account verification).
Exness partnership data	Your Exness account UID and status (e.g. registration and deposit/trading-capital status), used only to verify eligibility for Free-tier signals under our Exness partner link.
Subscription & payment records	Which tier you subscribed to, the price and period, and payment/transaction references from our cryptocurrency payment processor. We do not collect or store card numbers, bank details, or wallet private keys.
Usage & support logs	Basic activity and audit logs (e.g. actions taken in the App or bot) and messages you send our support team.

3. How we use your information

• To operate the Service — deliver signals, courses, and content to the right accounts;
• To verify eligibility for the Free tier via our Exness partnership;
• To process PRO subscription payments and grant the correct access period;
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests;
• To detect abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service;
• To improve and maintain the reliability of the Service.

4. Data retention

We keep account and subscription records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for support, security, and record-keeping purposes. Automated audit-log entries (system activity logs) are deleted automatically after 90 days.

5. Who we share information with

• Telegram — the App and bots run on Telegram's platform; your use of Telegram itself is governed by Telegram's own privacy policy.
• Exness — where relevant, to confirm your registration and trading-capital status under our partner link.
• Our cryptocurrency payment processor — to process PRO subscription payments. We share only what is needed to process and confirm your payment.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to cancel your subscription and reset your account to the Free tier, by contacting @marketgodsupport on Telegram. Deleting certain data (for example, active subscription records) may affect your ability to use paid features.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
